1. Course Enrollment

Enrollment Process:

Courses can be enrolled in directly through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your course enrollment.

Enrollment is subject to availability, and courses may have specific start dates or schedules, which will be provided upon registration.

Confirmation of Enrollment:

After successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a receipt of your payment, course details (including course title, syllabus, Memorandum of Understanding, start date, duration, etc), and instructions for accessing the course materials.

2. Access to Course Materials

Digital Course Materials:

Upon enrollment, students will be granted access to online course materials, which may include PDFs, videos, slides, and other educational resources. Access to digital materials is typically granted immediately upon enrollment or on the course start date, depending on the course structure.

Course Platform Access:

Once enrolled, you will be provided with login credentials to our online platform (or the third-party platform used for course delivery). Access to the platform will be granted for the duration of the course.

Live Course Sessions:

If your course includes live instructor-led sessions, you will receive information about how to attend the sessions. Sessions may be held in-person or virtually (via a platform such as Zoom or similar). The schedule for live sessions will be provided in your enrollment confirmation email.

3. Course Start and Completion Dates

For scheduled courses, the course start date and time will be clearly specified in the enrollment confirmation email. All enrolled students should be prepared to attend on or before this date.

Completion Date:

For courses with a defined duration, the completion date is also specified in your enrollment details. This will include a "Hands-On" safety training assessment the final day of class. All course materials and assessments should be completed by this date to receive certification (if applicable).

Extensions:

If you are unable to complete the course within the designated time, you may request an extension, subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact our support team to discuss any required extensions.

4. Delivery of Certification

Certification of Completion:

Upon successful completion of your course (including all assessments and requirements), you will receive a Certificate of Completion or similar credentials, depending on the course type.

Certifications will be sent via email in PDF format, and physical certificates may be mailed upon request (additional fees may apply for physical certificates).

Digital Certifications:

If applicable, your digital certificate will be available for download directly from the course platform once your completion has been verified.

If you experience technical difficulties with course access or materials, please contact our support team immediately. We are available to assist you with troubleshooting issues related to logging in, accessing content, or other technical problems.
