7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Professional Behavior: Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during classes. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the class without a refund. This includes inappropriate behavior when using Safety Builders and Consultants - HTX and affiliates or employees names online and on social media.
Compliance with Safety Standards: Participants must adhere to all safety protocols and procedures taught during the courses. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in expulsion from the course.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safety Builders and Consultants - HTX shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in our courses, including, but not limited to, injury, loss, or damage caused by unsafe work practices or failure to apply the safety knowledge gained during the course.
