Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Safety Builders and Consultants - HTX

At Safety Builders and Consultants - HTX, we are committed to providing high-quality construction safety training courses. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

 

1. Course Registration and Payment

  • Course Enrollment: When you enroll in a course, you agree to pay the full course fee as stated on our website by the completion of the course. Certifications are only granted after payment has been successfully processed.

 

2. Refund Policy

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience, but please note the following guidelines for refunds:

  • Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a course for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, etc.), you will receive a full refund of any fees paid for that course, or the option to switch to a different time.

  • Cancellation by You:

    • If you cancel your course registration more than 1 day before the start date, you are entitled to a full refund minus any deposit and applicable processing fees.

    • If you cancel your course registration after payments are due, no refund will be provided, but you may request to reschedule the course, subject to availability.

    • If you fail to attend a course without providing prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Requests for Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may request to reschedule to a future date. To be eligible for rescheduling, you must submit your request at 1 day prior to the start of your course. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional fees may apply.

  • Course Completion: If you attend part of a course but do not complete it, no refund will be issued. However, you may be eligible to reschedule or take the course at a later date, subject to availability and additional fees.

 

4. Refund Process

  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund or reschedule, please contact us at our email or phone number listed below on item number 7. Contact Information. Please include your order number, course details, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Refund Method: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Non-refundable Services: Certain services, such as access to downloadable course materials, certifications, or any custom courses, are non-refundable after purchase.

  • Late Enrollment: If you choose to enroll late in a course or miss a session, we cannot offer refunds for missed content.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any refunds if the course cannot be conducted due to reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, or any other unforeseeable events.
